Please, read it carefully to avoid any misunderstanding.

General

All legal content is allowed, including adult content. E-mail spamming, spamming of URLs and posting of illegal content (such as a child pornography and zoophilia) are grounds for termination, will be reported to law enforcement, and all services will be stopped. We have applied special filter recommended by ASACP, so domain names including following words cannot be added in any way.

Services & Support

  1. FastOptics guarantee that the network will be available 99.9% of the time in a given month, excluding necessary scheduled maintenance or hardware failures, virtual accounts may have less than that. Network uptime include functioning of all network infrastructure incl. routers, switches and cabling. Network uptime does not include software or server specific problems. "Network downtime" exists when a particular customer is unable to transmit and receive data.
  2. Any technical issues regarding problems with account setup, server software problems, or any other problems that are directly connected with FastOptics' services will be corrected free of charge. Technical problems are solved up to 24 hours, more difficult problems (e.g. DNS problems) are solved up to 48 hours. Additional technical support such as the setting up of customer's scripts or software, and/or programming of any scripts/applications is available and always depends on personal deal.
  3. Refunds are possible for all customers requesting a refund. When requesting a refund, customer can be asked for a reason. Refund is available only if specific problem occur - the server is faulty and/our service and/or network is unavailable. Refunds doesn't include satisfaction or personal opinions.
  4. This contract may be terminated by either party, without cause at anytime. Any potentional loss of sales or any customer's income cannot be demanded in any way.

Compliance With Law

  1. E-mail spamming, spamming of URLs and posting of illegal content (such as a child pornography, zoophilia) are grounds for termination, will be reported to law enforcement, and all services will be stopped. In this case, FastOptics can terminate this agreement and remove all of customer's equipment from the facility.
  2. FastOptics is not liable to check material and content on customer's account. It means that only customer is fully responsible for his content. FastOptics will fully cooperate with law enforcement officials regarding unlawful material and/or actions.
  3. Customer is fully responsible for his content which he placed on his web site, account or a server. If customer will break any of our terms mentioned above, he is fully responsible for his behaviour.
  4. If you believe that a person is using our products, services or computer network to violate your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property, please direct your complaint to abuse@fastoptics.com. Please, don't forget to specify target URL with your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property, not just the site name.

Privacy Statement

  1. Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product and addressing any customer service issues. Any information you give us at our web site is held in strict confidence and will not be used in unauthorized ways.
